We live in Crossfield and normally use Didsbury or Carstairs vet for convenience. Yesterday nothing was opened aside from City Centre and we called them at 11am as we had what we thought was a foxtail scare. They were able to get us in promptly at 12:15. Dr Gill and the receptionist were very nice and informative. Turns out it wasn’t fox tail but some other throat problems that we are currently treating with the medications Dr Gill prescribed. We can’t thank you enough for your help for what could have been an emergency situation and for getting us in so quickly! Very very reasonably priced. Thanks again :)

City Centre Animal Hospital is amazing. They take amazing care of both my personal animals and the animals of our rescue. They always make time to see the rescue animals on short notice, provide us with detailed information so we can make informed decisions relating to their care. My personal animals are also well taken care of, treated like their own and they remember them. the care of animals is by far more important then anything else to this clinic.

Our 15 yr old English Bulldog Angel collapsed on a Saturday and when it was clear she was ready to cross over the rainbow bridge, we called the office on Sunday. The person who answered was very kind and understanding and had me pick a time when I was ready to bring her in, All the staff was very sympathetic and wonderful to deal with when we arrived. I love her cremation box and certificate from Gateway Pet Memorial. Thank you to all the staff I came into contact with unfortunately I can't remember names, but you made a very difficult time a little easier to cope with

When my French bulldog Chloe became very ill Dr Gupta had tried his best to figure out what was going on with our girl. He treated Chloe wonderfully, and was so supportive of her and I. He was so kind to get prescriptions filled quickly and answered any questions/concerns as efficient as possible. When he wasn’t able to do any further he referred us to Dr Diaz a neurologist that helped us figure out what was going on. Thank you Dr Gupta for being so compassionate and helping us through a very difficult time. Your kindness will not be forgotten.

We took our little dog Bailey _To have him examed as he was sick. Had tests done and it reveiled that he had cancer. We can,t say enough about how professional and compassionate all of the staff were. They gave us time to sit with Bailey and say our goodbye,s. We would certainly recommend anyone to take your fur babies there. You will be treated with the great care and respect. Thank you to the vets and assistants for making Baileys trip over the rainbow bridge so easy and peacful. God Bless

Our Charlotte was not doing to well, vomiting and very lethargic so we booked an appointment with our regular clinic only to discovery Dr. Singh had moved to City Center. We booked an appointment at City Center with Dr. Gupta as Dr. Singh was finished for the day. Upon our arrival we discovered Dr. Singh had remained longer as he seen we were on the appointment list and he wanted to see Charlotte. She required surgery and Dr. Singh did the surgery and remained until he was sure Charlotte was ok. Certainly more than we could ever expect. Dr. Singh has been our vet for a number of years and he is excellent and you wont find anyone any better. He is very knowledgeable and has always taken to time to explain things to us. He also displays a real connection and compassion towards our pets over the years. The staff at City Center although new to us were very helpful and friendly as well.
